When buying a new home it can be hard to know which companies to trust... But Stewart Milne made everything so easy; we really felt we could trust them. The service is very good We’ve been very happy with the service we’ve received from Stewart Milne, especially at the beginning when dealing with the sales lady. She was so friendly and efficient and helped us organise the part exchange. We love the design and location What first drew me to the house was its sense of spaciousness; it has a big entrance in the hallway. We really like the walk-in wardrobes as well. As for the area, it’s close to where I grew up, so I love it! We would recommend Stewart Milne no question. It’s a company you can trust, which is why we’d recommend Stewart Milne. With new homes I’d heard that you can have snagging issues...

but any small things that we’ve needed doing, Paddy, the site manager, has dealt with really quickly.

Sometimes size really is everything (!)
We have so much more living space than before. The rooms are fairly big and we have quite a few bedrooms, including at least a couple of guest bedrooms. We enjoy having people round and they’re impressed when they visit. We’ve a double garage and a nice big garden as well.

Only 15 minutes from the West End
This is my first house with my girlfriend and we wanted to move out of the West End. We were looking for somewhere close to where my girlfriend’s from and heard about Campsie Meadows from her cousin who lives here. It ticked all the boxes. It’s quiet and safe and easy to get to Glasgow when you need to. There are good transport links. We really loved living in Glasgow, but at Campsie Meadows you’re only 10, 15 minutes away, which is not bad at all.

You get to know the staff in person
We’re really happy with our new home from Stewart Milne and feel very settled. We’re especially happy with the service we’ve received from Paddy. We’d give him the back door key and he’d let the plumber or electrician in and out. He enabled work to be sorted out, even when it wasn’t Stewart Milne contractors working on our property. He’s moved off site now, but we got to know him quite well and it was good to be able to speak to him in person.
