Stewart Milne Homes is now enabling even more homeseekers to get moving by offering its increasingly popular Deferred Payment purchase plan to all buyers at all developments across the North West. Specially designed to provide practical solutions to current market conditions, the Deferred Payment plan ultimately removes the pressures associated with finding a large deposit and securing a manageable mortgage. The Deferred Payment plan means the buyer need only pay 75 percent of the property price, but will own 100 percent from the day they move in, removing the need for a large deposit and reducing the mortgage amount required.
