The aesthetic and features on the development really stand out. The different styles of homes, with their varying brickwork and finishing, all add to the general look of the whole development. I also love the landscaping and layout of the streets. On my street they added areas of grass with rows of trees in front of the houses. That helps to add to the wideness of the roads, and it makes the aesthetic of it very nice.

It’s really convenient to be near the motorway links and retail shops, while enjoying the feel of the development. It’s well landscaped and we have easy access to lovely walks in the countryside. I’m enjoying it very much.

I love the attractive, modern look of the houses with the mixture of bricks and wood cladding on the front of the houses. Once everything is done, we will have everything we need here within Regency Place. My kids already use the play parks nearby, and there are plans for schools and shops, like a grocery store and hairdressers. There may even be a hotel here. They’re making it very convenient and easy to live in Regency Place.

The styles of the homes are all different with some clad in wood, some with brick and some with slate. I have a one-year old boy, so the layout of our home is perfect. Our kitchen has an area for a dining room and living area, so I can be with him and get things done. The main reason we chose Stewart Milne Homes over the other developer in the area is because of where we’re situated.

It’s easy for us with the local shops around the corner and takeaways and cafes just up the road. The school isn’t too far away, and we have a hospital close by too. There are a lot of things for kids, like a little park. They are also building another, bigger park with a lake area and a path around it. Our daughter is fifteen months old and it will be nice to walk around the lake with her and feed the ducks.

When we came up to have a look around we dealt with Kate in Sales, and she explained everything. We were impressed with the quality of the homes, for example, the fixtures and fittings. The kitchen appliances are SMEG, so that’s a particularly good make. Now that we’re in we have had continuing support. The builders on site are friendly and talk to us, always asking if we need any help. We’ve really enjoyed living here so far.

It’s lovely and quiet here. There are farmers’ fields all around, and it’s beautiful with a lot of mature trees that they’ve incorporated as part of the design process. Stewart Milne Homes has been very helpful along the way and it’s nice to feel that a sense of neighbourhood has clearly developed with the people living here.

In terms of the different phases going on there have been clear instructions as the builders have started coming back on-site during the pandemic. We’ve been informed of when the work on our snagging list can be done safely for ourselves and the construction teams coming in. They’ve been very organised.
