Peace of mind with a 10 Year Warranty

Buying new with Stewart Milne brings a number of assurances and guarantees. Firstly, the National House Building Council 10 Year Buildmark warranty and insurance covers all of our new homes. 

For the first two years, in the unlikely event that any agreed defects are uncovered, our Customer Service team will deal with them as quickly as possible. For the remaining eight years, structural defects (exclusions and limits apply) are dealt with directly by the highly-respected NHBC – the benchmark for quality in British building standards.

All kitchen appliances are covered by a separate two-year manufacturer's warranty. The manufacturer will assist you with any problems directly should they arise. 

In addition, you can also rely on Stewart Milne Homes comprehensive warranties to take care of the other elements of your home such as wastes and drains, alarm installations, flashing, gutters and downpipes, roof, sanitary ware, central heating (other than boiler servicing), water services and more.

On moving in day, you’ll receive a comprehensive NHBC ‘Guide to your New Home’ and a detailed Home Owner's pack. You'll also be given the name of your Stewart Milne Customer Service Co-ordinator, who is on hand to help you settle in.
