This is our first new home and, before we purchased, we had concerns about what the location would be like and how big the house would actually be... but we needn’t have worried. We’re very happy with both the size of the house and the location and are enjoying being settled here. Greenwood Manor is a happy place The location is good. There’s a mixture of house types and the estate is kept clean and in good order. It’s very handy for public transport as well. The community is mixed, with families, elderly people and younger people living on their own; you see children out playing and riding their wee bikes up and down. It’s a happy place. Lots of space; easy parking! We really like the way the house has been laid out. We wanted a separate dining room, and a third bedroom, both of which we have. We’ve also got an open view to the front, parking is easy and our separate garage is very handy. Very good customer service The customer service is very good, especially from the sales team. They’re very approachable. Nothing is too much trouble. They were very accommodating about arranging viewings and gave us lots of information. They also took the time to go through that information, which makes the difference. They have an excellent follow-up service too and the site managers are very helpful and accessible. I would recommend Stewart Milne without hesitation It’s a quality build and good value for money. I’d definitely recommend Stewart Milne.

As soon as I saw the house I fell in love with it… And I still love it now. The location is perfect It’s so quiet and yet there’s easy access for transport. I also love the fact that we live in a detached house, rather than in a mid terrace as we did before. There are lots of nice touches We have glass shelves in the kitchen, which I thought was a really nice touch. The standard of the appliances they fit is very good as well. The staff are very helpful too The sales assistants were helpful the whole way along, from start to finish, and even now we’ve moved in there are people on site to help if we have a problem. I feel as if they’re on hand all the time, which is great. I would recommend Stewart Milne without hesitation I would recommend Stewart Milne because of the quality of their product and the fact that you get such a high standard of appliances and design.

Buying off plan we were concerned that we wouldn’t understand the layout of the plot, especially the garden layout... But the staff were always on call and there to answer our questions; any queries we had were all resolved. It’s a quality home It’s very family friendly with lots of open-plan living areas. The location of Greenwood Manor is good as well. The staff are outstanding There was a very good handover and the after-sale care has been excellent. Any minor issues have been followed up and resolved very quickly. They are so courteous and helpful. I would definitely recommend Stewart Milne I really like the quality of the homes; they are very good, and the after-sales care is excellent, which is why I’d recommend.

With a new house it can often seem as if they’re all the same... But Stewart Milne houses are different; they offer a really quality house with lots of character. Design made the difference Although there are other house builders near by, we loved the house at Greenwood Manor and thought the quality was great. We bought a basic specification, but I don’t think it is basic at all. The quality of material used seems to be very advanced and superior. There was clearly a lot of thought put into the house to make it flow. It’s a quality build. The people made the difference too Right from when we first viewed the show home, we’ve had a very good experience; the staff there were particularly helpful, which was a big factor for us in deciding to buy from Stewart Milne. They wanted to meet our needs and spend time with us. There has also been a lot of on-site support from the building team as well. I’ve worked in the mortgage business so I’m well aware of the potential pitfalls when buying a new home... but I didn’t have any concerns at all about buying from Stewart Milne. We saw the show house and just liked the layout of the flat. It may be a somewhat overused phrase, but the flat here at Greenwood Manor ticked most of the boxes in terms of what we were looking for. We wanted two bedrooms, a view, and a balcony if possible, which is what we’ve got. It’s ideal for our requirements. For us, the location was the most important thing, which is why we chose Greenwood Manor. We’re close to friends and family as well as the local amenities. We’ve got everything – and everyone – that we need on our doorstep. From the sales people to everyone on site, people have been so helpful. For instance, the sales people gave good advice in helping us choose our fixtures and fittings. We were able to choose our own kitchen design, the units, everything. We could really personalise the flat to suit ourselves. One or two wee things have gone wrong, the kind of things you normally get in a new flat, and again the staff have been very helpful. If we’ve asked them to do something they’ve been able to do it within a day or two. We’ve had no bad experience whatsoever. To me, that’s customer service. I would absolutely recommend Stewart Milne because the standard of the finish is very good and they offer a very good customer service. Some of our friends have seen our place and are thinking about making a move here. You can’t ask for better endorsement than that. That’s why I would recommend.

When considering a new home, we knew that having enough space for our family and being in the right location for work would be crucial in deciding where to move... and our new house here at Greenwood Manor ticked all the boxes. We were really impressed by the quality of the finish in the show home. A lot of things which would have been extras with other homebuilders, were included as standard. So we have a wine fridge and coffeemaker as part of the package, which would have been extras on other developments that we saw. The house already had everything you’d want; you didn’t need to add more. It’s a quiet cul-de-sac with just nine houses off the main drag; and there are eight children under the age of three here, so it’s perfect for young families. There’s a little swing park at the top of the street. It’s really child friendly. In fact, it’s a lovely street with lots of amenities and a great school nearby. It’s also got perfect access into town. Stewart Milne gave us a great offer. We did a part exchange and they let us keep our own house for a week so that we could move at our leisure. It meant that we could take a couple of days to settle in, which was really handy having had a baby. The staff did everything they could to help us get the house and now that we’re in, the guys on site are really friendly. We’ve got to know them and they’ve been very good at getting the snagging done quickly. With a new build, there’s always going to be something to sort out - you expect it - but it’s the speed and amenity at which they say, ‘No problem; we’ll sort it’; that’s probably what’s impressed me most. I would certainly recommend Stewart Milne and especially this development. It was just the right house in the right street, which is why I would recommend.
