Group Managing Director - Homes

John Slater is Group Managing Director - Homes and joined the Board in April 2007.

John previously worked for National Housebuilder Bovis Homes for ten years and held the positions of Marketing Director, Sales & Marketing Director and was appointed Managing Director in 2002. 
 

Ian Wilkins

Managing Director

Ian Wilkins joined Stewart Milne Homes North West England in January 2010.

Ian, is a Chartered Accountant by profession, and has 17 years house building experience with Redrow Homes plc, 12 years as a Managing Director with the NW Division. 
 

James Crawford

Finance Director

James joined the company in 1996 as Financial Director.

James brings a wealth of experience gained from the UK private housebuilding industry over the past 20 years.

Ian Carroll

Commercial Director

Ian, a quantity surveyor, joined Stewart Milne Homes in 1998, being promoted to a senior surveyor position before becoming development manager in 2005.

His new role puts him in a key position for delivering the on-going success of the company.

Martin Leake

Construction Director

Martin joined in January 2008 and brings with him over 25 years experience in the industry.

Prior to joining Stewart Milne Homes, Martin held the role of Construction Director with a major North West housebuilder working on projects ranging from apartments to detached homes.

Simon Bennett

Sales & Marketing Director

Simon Bennett joined Stewart Milne Homes N.W.E. July 2008.

He has extensive experience as a group marketing director for a FTSE 250 housebuilder which he brings to his role in developing the Stewart Milne brand in England.
