This is our first home together and it’s great to live on a development that’s so good for families.

A lot of people here are of a similar age group to us and are also first time buyers. There are a lot of young couples here with a view to starting families and the three bedroom houses available are the perfect size to do that. In the slightly bigger houses, there are already families with children and everyone we’ve met is friendly and says “hello”.

“The space we have has totally gone past our expectations.”
The space in these houses is huge; ours feels like a home. The homes are all painted white and really well lit and the way the houses are designed means the living rooms and bedrooms are really big as well. In some developments you see house after house with a road to split them, but here we have a spacious rear car park and the back gardens are all very big.

“In Spring and Summer it’s going to look spectacular.“
The streets are very wide, safe and well lit. It’s very welcoming in terms of the houses that are going up. There’s grass in front, so there will be quite a lot of green areas. Trees are being planted in the islands in the roads and there are flower beds in front of the houses. The first thing you will see when you come onto the estate will be the shops and colourful, vibrant flower beds so it will look like a beautiful, cheerful area.

Instead of just putting up houses, Stewart Milne Homes have thought about what people need.
The structure is very good. There are shops and schools planned, so it will be perfect here to raise a family. At the moment we use a Co-op about 10 minutes walk away and half a mile away there’s a Tesco. When the rest of the shops open they will be a minute’s walk away, which is great. We’re well connected by two buses running from Cove every 15 minutes. In the town there is even more convenience and the A90 is accessible for getting out to Aberdeen so it’s very practical for commuters. This development has got so much potential; with all that’s being added to the area it’s just going to get better for house prices and add value to the area.

I’d definitely recommend Stewart Milne Homes...
...because of the finish we got and the whole experience with Diane and how she looked after us. They way they dealt with defects was really quick too.

Everything was so easy, from start to finish…
…the sales girl, Laura, really made things easy for me. She was there to advise me every step of the way. When I wanted to add or upgrade items in the home Laura made it so easy for me to do so, this made it a great experience.

Our ready-made home
It is nice to move into a new home where everything is finished to a great standard. The build quality is great and I enjoyed adding extras into the home to make it more me. The design is really well thought through and has made it ready to live in.

My home is everything I dreamed it would be…
…I bought off plan and I dreamed of what the finished home would look like. My dreams were realised, I love my new home, everything about it. The quality of finish is fantastic, the fixtures and fittings are modern. The whole home looks so sharp and blends in to the home style I wanted.

The customer service has been tremendous
I want to say thank you to the customer service team, they have been so helpful and everyone I have had contact with has been so well presented. The guys on site are every knowledgeable they know their products and business inside out. The service I have received from all the teams has been sharp and accurate throughout.

We were first-time buyers so were obviously new to the whole experience...
And the staff at Stewart Milne couldn’t have made it easier for us. They were all very friendly and offered a helping hand.

Experienced staff that make the difference
The sales lady in particular was very helpful. If you asked for anything to be done, she always made sure it was done the way you wanted it. She tried her best to comply with your ideas and also suggested things like tiles and carpets.

Design for living
When I first saw the show house, I fell in love with its design. It’s spacious, especially the living room, and the view from the upstairs bedroom window is just very nice. Everything’s done to a very high finish, even down to the brickwork.
