So you can now afford your perfect home and hold on to some capital if you wish. Stewart Milne Homes would hold the 25% of the purchase price as an investment and you repay the 25% investment to us when you decide to sell the property or at the end of the agreed period, whichever is the earlier

• You can repay the 25% investment we hold at any time within the agreed period
