The part exchange offer from Stewart Milne made buying a new home so easy...
Not only was it a good deal, but we didn't have to worry about estate agents or the length of time the flat would take to sell.

Part exchange made our move viable...
Stewart Milne's part exchange made the move financially viable. We were having difficulty selling our old house and wouldn't have been able to move otherwise. As it is, the move has proved to be cost effective. You get a good quality house for the money. The actual sale itself was dead easy, too.

A smooth and speedy part exchange...
It's funny because my husband had initially ruled out buying a new home or doing a part exchange, but in the end we did both. We got a reasonable price for our old home. And the whole process was really smooth: 19 days from beginning to end. It worked so seamlessly that I would do it again.

Doing a part exchange was ideal...
We did a part exchange and it was ideal for us. It made getting rid of the old house and moving into our new one so much easier, with a lot less stress and hassle. I still can’t get over how quickly we moved. Within the space of a month we had signed over and moved in; it was really that quick and simple.

Everyone we came across was very helpful...
We took up a part exchange which was excellent because that’s always the worry when you’ve got a house to sell. We were offered a good price for our property and it was done and dusted very quickly and professionally. Everyone we came across at Stewart Milne Homes has been very helpful and I have already recommended them to people I work with.

Stewart Milne’s part exchange the best by far...
We wanted to stay in the area to be close to the children’s school. We looked at other sites and the first question we’d be asked is, ‘Have you sold your house yet?’. No one was interested. But Stewart Milne didn’t turn us away. In fact, they really looked after us and offered us the best deal by far. We ended up doing a part exchange and they supported us right the way through. No hiccups. All the dates were confirmed and everything. It’s been a very good experience.

The part exchange is a great offer...
Stewart Milne gave us a great offer. We did a part exchange and they let us keep our own house for a week so that we could move at our leisure. It meant that we could take a couple of days to settle in, which was really handy having had a baby.
