“I was a first-time buyer, so I didn’t know what to expect, and now my expectations have been set very high.”

The variety of different house designs, wide roads, and lovely green spaces make Palladian Gardens the ideal place to live.
The houses around the development are all very pretty, and my home is perfect. I have a three-bedroom detached house, and it feels so spacious. Every home is landscaped in front, so it’s beautiful to look at. This is a lovely, quiet community and I feel very safe here.

“Any fears I had were put at ease by the people I dealt with.”
The process was so smooth. The sales consultant gave me updates on a weekly basis, so we were always in regular contact. She was keen to answer any questions and always happy to ring. On move-in day the site manager took me through the whole house, and I’ve been in contact with the site team since then if there have been any issues. From start to finish, I’ve not had any issues. I’ve really enjoyed my moving in process.

The train station is just a few minutes’ drive away, and the village is a minute in the other direction. I have convenient access to small shops, a coffee shop, the doctor, and other useful amenities. I can even get to the beach in twenty-five minutes, so that’s lovely.

When you wonder around a lot of estates, the houses tend to be very close together and everything looks the same, but the first thing that hits you at Palladian Gardens is that there are so many different house designs. I think the homes are good value as well and there are a lot of different price ranges, so there’s something to suit everyone. Just over the way from me. there’s a circular green space which will be a nice feature when it’s completed. The development is in a lovely area, about half a mile away from the nearest village and that has all the amenities you’d need, it’s also a nice walk for the dog. On the other side, there’s the railway station so it’s very easy to take a train into Chester or Liverpool. The motorway is also a couple of minutes away and all in all, when you weigh these things up, the location is excellent.

I moved from a larger home and when it came to selling that I had a few difficulties and became a bit downhearted; thankfully the sales ladies understood the situation and they helped out as much as they could. They worked so hard in my interests and it was a good thing to know they were on my side. When I moved in, there were a few snagging issues, you’d expect these with a new home, but all I had to do was call and within a couple of days, things were sorted out. I really couldn’t have asked for anything better than that.

I had a look at a show house at another development and spoke to a lovely sales executive called Rose. I explained I wanted a certain style of house but I thought it might be out of my price range. She was incredibly helpful and explained everything to me. When this property came up, I reserved it the same day so I qualified for the early bird discount and as she put me in touch with a mortgage broker and solicitors everything was really done for me. Rose has been on hand, along with Sarah, to advise about things and everyone has been a pleasure to deal with.

The development is in a great location and when it’s finished it will look lovely. It’s been well thought out, close to transport links and is in a nice semi-rural area. My house overlooks a little green area at the front and when the development is completed, then it’s going to be very picturesque.

“The aftercare has been excellent, if there have been any issues they are dealt with quickly and efficiently.”
I’d heard stories about buying a new home, so I did have some concerns; people had said they weren’t very well built and had lots of issues but I’ve really not found that to be true. If any little snags have cropped up, they’ve been dealt with very quickly and efficiently and there’s been no argument about them at all. Dave, the site manager, has been great and he’s on hand which has been reassuring.

“I’ve just got a very nice house that suits all my needs”
There are lots of features you’d want in a modern house and it’s very family friendly too. I particularly like the en suite bathroom and dressing room but the utility room, kitchen/diner and downstairs toilet all come in very handy when people visit.

...because it’s been such a nice experience, I’ve been looked after very well and I don’t feel that now I’ve paid my money, the company doesn’t want to know anymore - the good service continues even now I’ve moved in.
